Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp (Canadian actress) is most well-known for her roles as a lead actress in countless television series, but also her impressive performances in film. She's popular in both Canadian and American Television. Emily began to become interested after she saw her sister Katie doing a movie. When she realized her love for acting she started taking classes in acting and going to auditions. The first time she was cast, she appeared in commercials, but she was not cast until receiving a callback for the Canadian children's horror television show Are You Fearful of Darkness? In one single scene she was seen without saying even a single word. The WB television show Glory Days, she received her first big break when she was just 15 years old. Emily's performances caught the attention of Dawson's Creek's Greg Berlanti, who then cast her on his television show Everwood. Emily was an accomplished ballet dancer and began to take up photography as well. Teen listed her as one top actress under 20. In Maxim's Hot 100 List of 2014 placed Emily at number 51.
